This 30/20/10 Intermediate Program has been designed as a continuation of the 8-Week Beginner Program.  The intensity and overall level of challenge has been adjusted to provide enough resistance so that those who have completed the Beginner Program will continue to experience steady progress in relation to the goals mentioned above.

Since the level of intensity has been increased for the Intermediate Program, we stress that you are healthy, injury-free and cleared by a medical professional prior to beginning this program.
